Version 1.1 devlog (patch 0)

This is a small patch which brings in a few quality of life improvements. Some of the changes are explained below.

1. Volume slider for pause menu - added a volume slider for the in-game pause menu so the volume can be changed without quitting to the main menu.
2. Health colour UI - added a UI panel which changes colour as you lose health (from transparent to red). This makes it easier to realise when you have lost a lot of health.
3. Minor audio improvements.
