AtomBox - Physics Simulator
A downloadable Simulation for Windows
AtomBox is a piece of simulation software which aims to simulate parts of classical mechanical physics in a visual, interactive, and dynamic way. AtomBox is also a physics sandbox and because of its dynamic nature, it is great for experimenting with different particles and their systems.
Controls
Controls are enclosed in the included PDF too.
Left click - spawn object.
Right click - select spawned object (when mouse is over the object).
D - Increment spawn selection.
A - Decrement spawn selection.
Space - Pause.
R - Restart simulation.
Esc - Quit.

Install instructions
Unzip the file and copy the folder to a preferred location.
The download contains the software and the PDF file which is the manual. I would recommend reading the PDF first to understand how to use the software.

Oh, atoms I learned about them many times before. The red circles are the protons. The blue circles are the neutrons. The white circle are the electrons!
AtomBox also has a variety of other particles like neutrinos and antiparticles.
